Return Policy
General Policy
All sales made through SoTilted Print Systems are considered final. Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are not accepted without prior written approval.
Any request for a return must be submitted in writing and approved before any product is sent back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Approved Returns (Non-Equipment)
If a return is approved in writing:

Items must be original, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.

If free shipping was included with the original order, the cost of that shipping will be deducted from the refund.

SoTilted Print Systems is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable carrier and insure shipments.
Equipment Sales & Returns (Important)
All equipment sales are final. There is no cooling-off period for equipment purchases.
Pre-Installation Equipment Returns
In limited cases, equipment returns may be considered only prior to installation and only with prior written approval from SoTilted Print Systems.
If approved before installation:

Additional fees will apply, including but not limited to:

Manufacturer return or refusal fees

Handling and inspection fees

Freight, crating, and insurance costs

A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply and may be higher depending on manufacturer requirements.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and freight costs.

Any free or promotional shipping included with the original order will be deducted from the refund.
No Returns After Installation
Once installation has been completed or attempted, equipment is not eligible for return under any circumstances, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, unless otherwise approved in writing:

Equipment (after installation)

Consumables (including inks, films, powders, and media)

Special-order, custom, converted, or made-to-order items

Promotional, clearance, or discounted items

Gift cards
Defective or Manufacturer Specification Issues
All products are manufactured within stated specifications and quality standards. If a product is believed to be defective or outside manufacturer specifications, customers must submit a written request to SoTiltedLLC@gmail.com for review.
If approved, SoTilted Print Systems’ liability is limited to replacement of the defective product or store credit only. No labor, downtime, shipping, or incidental costs will be covered. No cash refunds will be issued for defective items.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once an approved return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds may be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

Shipping costs, restocking fees, and applicable deductions will apply.

Some returns may result in store credit only.

Order Accuracy & Industry Variances
While we strive for accuracy, certain materials may have acceptable industry variances, including but not limited to:

Roll length variance of ±1 foot

Width variance of ±0.5 inches

By placing an order with SoTilted Print Systems, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy in full.
