Shipping policy

We strive to ship out all in stock orders within 24 hours. Monday through Friday. If you order after business hours your order will be processed the next business day. In the event that your product is on back order all available items will be sent and the back ordered item will be sent when available.

Fed Ex, FedEx, Golden State Overnight, USPS, and Ontrac are all shipping methods utilized by SoTilted Print Systems. Unless expedited service is selected these ground options have expected time in transit times but are NOT guaranteed by the shipping company. If you require a guaranteed delivery please select the correct service on the checkout screen. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Please provide us with your Fed Ex Account number or ask for weights and Dimensions to schedule your pick up with your desired carrier. 

Equipment purchases are handled individually. The main denominator being forklift and access. The machines are large and require special equipment for many deliveries. Appointments and other special arrangements can be made on a case, by case basis. Additional fees may apply
